CMAKE_NETRC ----------- This variable is used to initialize the ``NETRC`` option for :command:`file(DOWNLOAD)` and :command:`file(UPLOAD)` commands and the module :module:`ExternalProject`. See those commands for additional information. The local option takes precedence over this variable.
